Driver Require are recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing full time work with one of our prestigious clients based in Bristol completing deliveries from the DC to various store locations. We have options for DAY or NIGHT drivers:
DAYS = STORE DELIVERY
OR
NIGHTS = TRUNKING
HGV Class 1 Driver pay rates (PAYE & Including Holiday Pay )
Days: £21.00 ph
Nights: £22.18 ph
Saturdays: £23.36 ph
Sundays: £24.53 ph
UMBRELLA (DAYS £23.31ph, NIGHTS £24.62ph, SAT £25.92ph, SUN £27.23ph) HGV Class 1 Driver role details :
7 Day operation
DAYS OR Nights available
Delivery of white goods - some palletised but majority is white goods
Tail lift deliveries
NIGHTS: Trunking
DAYS: store work, some CSC deliveries as well (curtain trailers)
Mixture of start times - days 5am - 7am and nights 16.
Assessment / Induction Required. - if passed a rota pattern of 5 on 3 off for continuous ongoing work, we can also look at other requests
Candidate requirements :
Valid HGV Class 1 licence with no more than 6 points on license (no major endorsements)
Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1
Flexible availability to meet shift requirements
Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
