HGV Class 1 Driver

Class 1 HGV Driver Location: Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northamptonshire Contract: Temporary Ongoing Start Date: ASAP Hours: 12-hour shifts | Various shifts available | Morning, Afternoon & Evening starts Pay Rates: Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour Saturday: £19.00 per hour Sunday: £20.00 per hourWe are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to support a busy transport operation based in Burton Latimer. The Role As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for: Delivering goods to supermarket distribution centres (DCs). Completing curtain-sided deliveries safely and efficiently. Collecting goods from factories and customer sites, including locations such as Corby, before returning to the main Burton Latimer site. Carrying out deliveries and collections while maintaining excellent customer service. Completing all relevant paperwork and complying with transport legislation and company procedures.Requirements Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence Valid Driver CPC qualification Digital Tachograph Card Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations Reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitudeWe are committed to fair and inclusive recruitment.
