HGV Class 1 Driver – Livingston People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver – Livingston to join our well-established client based in Livingston .

This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver, LGV CE Driver, Category CE Driver, General Haulage Driver, or Tramper Driver.
Shifts • Monday to Friday • 08:00 – 18:00 Rates of Pay • £16.50 per hour Benefits As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will receive: • Weekly pay • Excellent hourly rate • Monday to Friday working pattern • Ongoing work available • Minimal manual handling • Supportive transport team and management Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include: • Carrying out general haulage deliveries and collections • Delivering to sites with forklift unloading facilities or loading bays • Completing vehicle checks and transport paperwork • Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently • Maintaining compliance with driver hours and tachograph regulations • Providing a professional service to customers and delivery sites • Following all company policies and transport procedures Essential Skills The essential skills required to be an HGV Class 1 Driver include: • Valid Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence • Valid CPC qualification card • Valid Digital Tachograph Card • Good understanding of driver regulations and tachograph legislation • Reliable and punctual approach to work • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Desirable Experience • Previous general haulage experience • Experience completing deliveries and collections within a transport environment Training Provided • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are ready to take on this exciting driving opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information. xwzovoh
