HGV Class 1 Driver Castle Donington Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available | Immediate Starts | Up to £24.00 Per Hour We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Castle Donington (DE74) . This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with one of the UK's leading logistics providers, offering weekday and weekend shifts , competitive rates of pay, and immediate starts. The Role As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of chilled and ambient goods to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) and customer locations. The role will involve a mixture of trunking and store deliveries, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Experience with double deck, curtain-side or refrigerated trailers is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Available Shifts We have a variety of start times available throughout the week, including: Monday to Friday Various day and night start times available. Saturday Afternoon starts available. Sunday Day and night start times available. Regular ongoing work is available for drivers seeking either full-time or weekend-only shifts. Pay Rates Monday to Friday Days: £18.00 per hour Nights: £19.00 per hour Saturday Days: £22.00 per hour Nights: £23.00 per hour Sunday Days: £23.00 per hour Nights: £24.00 per hour Trunking and RDC/store deliveries. A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence. A valid Digital Tachograph Card. A minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience . A reliable, flexible and professional approach to work. Direct-to-store delivery experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Excellent pay rates of up to £24.00 per hour . Ongoing weekday and weekend work.
