Youll be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently across local and regional routes.Key Responsibilities: Operate Class 1 HGV vehicles in a safe and professional manner.Perform local and regional deliveries (no long-haul).Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in line with company standards.Complete all relevant paperwork, including delivery notes and vehicle checks.Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods.Adhere to traffic regulations and company health and safety standards.Requirements: Valid Class 1 HGV (C+E) driving license.Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.A good understanding of UK road networks and safety standards.Must have a reliable and punctual work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work early mornings (6:00 AM starts) and occasional overtime if required.What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.Consistent working hours with early starts.Full training and support provided.Opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team.Pension scheme.Modern fleet of vehicles.How to Apply: If you are an experienced Class 1 driver looking for a rewarding role in Central Derby, we would love to hear from you!
