HGV Class 2 Driver HGV Class 2 Driver Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a leading steel distribution business based in Cradley Heath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing, full-time work with a consistent weekday schedule.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 6:00am starts Day shifts with regular working hours The Role As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering steel products to commercial customers, manufacturers and construction sites across the region.
You will be driving a flatbed vehicle, ensuring all loads are safely secured before transport and delivered on time.
This role requires a strong focus on safety and load security.
Experience using ratchet straps and securing steel loads is highly desirable.
Duties Include Delivering steel products to customer sites Operating a flatbed HGV Class 2 vehicle Securing loads using straps and other approved restraint equipment Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks Completing delivery paperwork accurately Providing a professional and courteous service to customers Complying with all UK driving hours, tachograph and health & safety regulations Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card Valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience Flatbed driving and load strapping experience is highly desirable Good understanding of load security and safe transport practices Good knowledge of UK driving hours and tachograph regulations Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude What We Offer Ongoing, full-time work xwzovoh Monday to Friday schedule weekends free Weekly pay Opportunity to work with a respected and established steel distribution business Friendly and supportive recruitment team Long-term opportunities for the right candidate If you're an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver with flatbed and load-securing experience, or you're looking to build your experience within the steel distribution sector, we'd love to hear from you.
