HGV Class 2 Driver Required - Northampton Driver Hire Northampton & Kettering are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of a well-established building supplies company based in Brackmills, Northampton .
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and reliable driver seeking ongoing Monday to Friday work with a respected business delivering products to construction sites and merchants across the UK.
The Role As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering building materials and supplies to new build developments and merchant customers
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects in line with company procedures
Working to scheduled delivery routes and communicating any delays or issues
Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently
Following all company health and safety policies and procedures
Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:
? Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
? Valid CPC Qualification Card
? Valid Digital Tachograph Card
? Minimum 12 months' Class 2 driving experience
? No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements
Desirable but not essential:
? Moffett licence
Pay & Benefits £15.00 per hour PAYE
£16.81 per hour Advanced (including holiday pay)
Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday shifts
Weekly pay
