£18.00 per hour Overtime (after 40 hours):

£36.00 per hour Estimated Weekly Pay (40 Hours): £720 Potential Annual Earnings: £37,440 Experienced Drivers (Minimum 12 Months Proven Class 2 Experience) Monday-Friday:

£44.00 per hour Estimated Weekly Pay (40 Hours): £880 Potential Annual Earnings: £45,760 The Role Working as part of a professional waste and recycling team, you will complete residential refuse and recycling collections across the local area. Duties Residential refuse and recycling collections. Work as part of a three-person crew (1 Driver & 2 Loaders). Complete multi-drop collection rounds safely and efficiently. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects. Maintain high safety and customer service standards. Work independently while supporting the wider team. Benefits Monday to Friday working with optional overtime available Minimum 8-hour shift guarantee (average 10-hour shifts) Consistent ongoing work with Temp to Perm opportunities Premium overtime, weekend and Bank Holiday pay rates Pension scheme Ongoing driver training, CPC support and career development Driver portal and mobile app for payslips, holidays and assignment information Dedicated 24/7 Operations team, Driver Mentor and Mental Health First Aider support Assessments & Inductions Regular assessments and inductions take place: Saturday
