People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver - Edinburgh to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh .

This role would be ideal for candidates with experience as an LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, or Truck Driver .
Rates of Pay:
£17.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
7:00am to 4:30pm

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver are:
Safely operate and drive HGV Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations
Deliver building materials to customers' homes and commercial premises
Complete loading and unloading tasks safely and accurately
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Ensure deliveries are completed in a professional and timely manner
Essential Skills:
To be successful as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver , you will need:
Valid UK Category C Licence
Valid HIAB Grab Ticket
Valid Driver CPC Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
No more than six penalty points for minor offences
No IN, DR, DD, or CD endorsements xrnqpay
Good communication and customer service skills
Understanding of road safety and compliance requirements
Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work
Training:
Full industry-related training provided
Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
