**Salary: £34,000£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, hours worked and out-of-hours cover**
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join a growing plumbing and drainage business operating throughout the West Midlands and South Staffordshire.
The position is primarily focused on operating a Class 2 Jet Vac tanker, carrying out planned and reactive drainage work for commercial and domestic customers. Approximately 7580% of the role will involve tanker operations, with the remaining time supporting other drainage work and occasional basic plumbing tasks.

What we need from you:
A current UK HGV Class 2 driving licence and Driver CPC
Previous experience operating a Jet Vac tanker or similar vehicle would be advantageous
Previous drainage experience would be beneficial
Basic plumbing or wider multi-trade experience would be an advantage
A positive and dependable approach to working in different weather conditions and at varying times of the day
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
An organised and professional approach
The ability to complete work safely and within required timescales
What the role involves: Operating a Class 2 Jet Vac tanker Carrying out tanker-based drainage work across the West Midlands and South Staffordshire Emptying and cleaning septic tanks, treatment plants, and pumping stations Pumping station maintenance and repairs Completing planned preventative maintenance and pre-planned remedial work
gullys, slotted drains and underground drainage systems Responding to reactive drainage requirements Assisting with additional drainage work using a van-pack jetter when required Undertaking occasional basic plumbing tasks Working with both commercial and domestic customers Completing relevant job records and paperwork accurately Participating in the companys rotational out-of-hours call-out service
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am
4.30pm core hours, approximately 42.5 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business and customers.The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
