The purpose of this role is to ensure that consignments are delivered to and collected from customer premises on time and in full. All consignments are handled and moved safely, comply with all relevant legislation and in accordance with company policy & procedures.
Making deliveries and collections throughout UK. However, you may occasionally be required to undertake other duties as and when required to fulfil the operational requirement. This may involve work away from home or at another location for a short period of time.

Submitting and raising Near Miss, Safety Concerns and Unsafe acts observed whilecarrying out your daily duties is every colleagues responsibility.
Operate a van, rigid or artic in a safe and compliant manner adhering to legislationand company policy and procedures
Operate to the Distribution Strategy of Safer, Greener & Leaner.
Operate a van, rigid or artic to deliver and collect product to/from the end customer as required.
Ensure all vehicles in their area of responsibility are in a safe, roadworthy, clean and presentable condition.
This is a key customer facing role and as the representative of KN with our customers and the general public, you are required to maintain professional standards at all times while carrying out duties. To maintain the good repute of the company.
Scan all consignments on and off your vehicle and provide POD and POC using a handheld terminal.
Complete their duties in accordance with the Road Transport Distribution & company policies, procedures and processes
What we would like you to bring Essential to hold a Valid Category B, C+E Driving licence
Preferable to hold a Valid ADR Training Certificate - Categories 1-9 excluding 7 but with7x accepted packages
Preferable to hold a Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence
In date Drivers CPC

Maintain a respectful attitude

Customer delivery experience is preferable
Current or previous association with the Military may be advantageous
