Operate an HGV vehicle in a safe and compliant manner, following all relevant driving regulations and company procedures. Collect, transport and deliver environmental waste materials to designated sites in line with route plans and schedules. Ensure loads are secured correctly and that vehicle checks are completed before and after each shift. Report defects, incidents and any operational concerns promptly to the transport team. Support efficient operations by following instructions on loading, unloading and route adjustments. Valid HGV driving licence (appropriate category for the role) with a strong safety record. Driver CPC qualification and a valid digital tachograph card (where applicable). Experience driving HGV vehicles in a commercial environment, ideally with knowledge of environmental or waste-related operations. Comfort working in operational environments that may involve noise, traffic movement and varying weather conditions.
