We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Hyde. This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Mechanic, Truck Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician to earn up to £50,(Apply online only) per year while benefiting from flexible start times and the option of a 4-day working week. Working as an HGV Technician, you'll carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and inspections on a varied fleet of HGVs and trailers using modern diagnostic equipment in a supportive, professional workshop. Key Responsibilities As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will: Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs, trucks and trailers Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment Complete inspections, PMIs and MOT preparation to DVSA standards Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation Maintain high workshop and health & safety standards Work as part of an experienced and supportive workshop team Skills & Experience Required To be considered for this HGV Technician role, you will need: Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Truck Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence HGV Class 1 / Class 2 licence or IRTEC accreditation desirable but not essential Apply Today If you're an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Truck Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician looking for a flexible, well-paid role in Hyde, we'd love to hear from you.
