Job Title: HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver Location: Thame, Oxford & Aylesbury Salary: £23 – £25 per hour Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Block Booking / Weekend Only / Ongoing About the Role We are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our client, a well-established transport operator covering the Oxford and Aylesbury area. Our client operates 24/7, 365 days a year, giving drivers genuine flexibility to choose the work pattern that suits them — whether that's full-time, part-time, block bookings, or weekends only. Both AM and PM starts are available, and training opportunities are on offer for the right candidates looking to develop further. Key Responsibilities * Operate HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for scheduled deliveries and collections * Carry out coupling and uncoupling of trailers safely and efficiently * Ensure compliance with driver hours, tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations * Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly Requirements * Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence * Minimum 12 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience * Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card * Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude * Willingness to work flexibly across AM/PM shifts as required What We Offer * £23 per hour Monday to Friday * £24 per hour Saturdays * £25 per hour Sundays * AM and PM starts available * Full-time, part-time, block booking and weekend-only options — you choose what works for you * Training opportunities available * Consistent, ongoing work with a busy 24/7, 365-day operation * Fast-track registration and quick starts available How to Apply Call Prime Placers on (phone number removed) for a quick, easy registration — we can get you started straight away.
