Location: Sutton & New Malden
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support our client, across their Sutton and New Malden branches on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers with timber or builders' merchant experience.
Pay Rates £20ph 10hr shift
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering timber and building materials to commercial and residential sites
Safe operation of HIAB (brick grab essential)
Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining compliance with road safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service on site
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid HIAB licence (brick grab or Hook required)
CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous experience in a builders' merchant or similar environment preferred
Good geographical knowledge of the local area
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
