Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Full-time/Part-time

Full-Time HLTA Littleover, Derby £Competitive Full-Time 7th30th September 2026 Enlightenment Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in the Littleover area of Derby for a temporary full-time position. The role will run from Monday 7th September to Wednesday 30th September 2026 , with the potential for further opportunities following this period. The Role The successful HLTA will have a varied and rewarding role, including: Delivering targeted interventions during the morning Planning and delivering engaging lessons Supporting pupils to make progress academically and socially Working closely with teachers and the wider school team We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced HLTA or highly experienced Teaching Assistant who: Has strong experience working within a primary school setting Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupils QTS is not required , but you must have strong classroom experience and be confident leading lessons independently.
