Fort Augustus, Scotland-based Village Manager position with Sodexo requires leading on-site operations for a remote, contract-based village. You will oversee safety, wellbeing, and performance while delivering a home-from-home experience for residents during 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotations.
You will manage budgets, liaise with clients, and develop a high-performing team in a unique Highlands setting. DBS checks are required; meals and accommodation are provided during rotations.
