Highway Design & Delivery Officer (CAD/NEC4)

Cardiff Council invites applications for an Officer/Technician in the Design, Contracts and Delivery section to provide design, contract and construction management across major highway projects in the city. You will deliver highway concept and detailed designs using AutoCAD and Civils 3D, with NEC4 contract knowledge and CDM 2015 awareness, working with Senior Engineers.

The role requires delivering schemes on time and within budget, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and the
