Job Title: Supervisor / Senior Supervisor - Highways Location: Fareham Salary: Competitive - Weekly CIS Payments Role Highlights & Packages: ASAP Start Weekly CIS payments 3.5 weeks of day shifts Night shifts from 1st-6th September Stand down on 7th September Approximately 3 days of de-mobilisation and finishing works to follow Opportunity to work on a highways project with an established VRS contractorRole Overview: We are seeking an experienced Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to join a highways project in Fareham. The majority of the VRS (Vehicle Restraint System) installation has already been completed, so the role will focus on overseeing the final stages of the project, coordinating with the main contractor, supporting the site team, and ensuring the works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Highways Supervisor or Senior Supervisor Highways/VRS experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to liaise effectively with the main contractor and site teams Relevant highways certifications/tickets preferredResponsibilities: Supervise and support the site workforce Liaise with the main contractor on a daily basis Ensure the team remains productive and works are completed on programme Assist with snagging, finishing works, and de-mobilisation Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout the projectContacts to Apply: To apply or find out more, please get in touch today with your CV or call Max (phone number removed)
