HIU Engineer Location: Covering North London Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE + Call out OTE £60k Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week + call out (Max 1 in 4) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced HIU Engineer looking for a stable role with consistent, ongoing work and genuine opportunities to progress your career? What You'll Be Doing * Installing HIU systems, including associated pipework * Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing of HIUs * Completing accurate records of work and materials using the company PDA/IT system * Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and professionally * Communicating clearly with clients and property managers regarding job progress and follow-up works * Working safely and maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times What We're Looking For * NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification * Full UK Driving Licence * Previous HIU engineering experience * Experience working within commercial and/or residential properties * Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential * A professional approach with good communication skills What You'll Get * Call-out opportunities – OTE £60,000 * Ongoing, stable and consistent work * Company van + fuel card * Company-provided stock * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Full-time, permanent employment * Genuine career progression opportunities * Supportive and established working environment If you're looking for more than just another engineering job and want long-term stability, consistent work and a clear route to career progression, this could be the opportunity for you.
