We are recruiting on behalf of secondary schools across Morpeth seeking dedicated HLTAs to support teaching and learning across KS3, KS4 and KS5. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional to play a key role in supporting student achievement, delivering interventions and leading learning activities across a range of subjects. About the Role: Supporting students aged 11-19 across KS3, KS4 and KS5. Delivering pre-planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher. Providing targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to help students reach their full potential. Working closely with teaching staff to support lesson delivery and student progress. Monitoring, recording and reporting on student attainment and behaviour. Supporting students with additional learning needs and adapting learning activities where required. Promoting a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
