We are looking for an experienced, passionate and ambitious
Deputy Manager or
Registered Manager to join our new domiciliary care start-up in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take a leading role in
building and shaping a high-quality home care service from the ground up . You will have the autonomy to develop the service, establish a strong team culture and ensure our clients receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
Ensure the service meets all
CQC, legal and regulatory requirements .
Recruit, train, support and develop a high-performing care team.
Maintain excellent standards of care, safeguarding and quality assurance.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, professionals and local stakeholders.
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits and service improvements.
Monitor staff performance and ensure appropriate supervision and training.
Help grow the business while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is: An experienced Deputy or Registered Manager or an experienced care professional ready to take the next step.
Experienced within
domiciliary/home care
or a similar regulated care environment.
Knowledgeable about CQC regulations and quality standards.
A confident and supportive leader with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help build a new care business.
