As a Home Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include: Personal care and assistance with daily living Medication support Meal preparation Companionship and emotional support Light household tasks Supporting clients to attend appointments and access the community What We're Looking For
A full UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided What We Offer
