What You'll Be Doing As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's individual needs, including: Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence. Assisting with medication. Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks. Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support. Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and social activities. Helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. No two days are ever the same, making this a varied, rewarding and fulfilling career. What We're Looking For The most important quality is a kind and caring nature. We'll teach you the rest. You'll also need: A positive, reliable and compassionate approach. Good communication and people skills. Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends.
