Horticulture Resource Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced horticultural professional to play a key role in supporting curriculum delivery, leading innovative growing practices and helping develop the next generation of horticultural talent.

As our Horticulture Resource Coordinator, you will:
Manage day-to-day horticultural and glasshouse resources.
Support staff and students during practical and theory sessions.
Take ownership of health and safety procedures, risk assessments and compliance.
Supervise apprentices and student workers, where required.
Manage stock control, ordering and resource budgets.
