Hospital Director

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide executive leadership for The McIndoe Centre, overseeing quality, safety, governance and clinical areas. You report to the Chief Executive and act as Registered Manager for CQC, driving performance across the hospital. You will steer financial and operational outcomes, elevate patient experience and clinical quality, and lead clinical support services in line with HH's strategic direction. This is a pivotal, cross-functional leadership role shaping care excellence and organizational transformation at a multi-site healthcare provider. Pay / Benefits

• Formulate and implement a business plan for TMC aligned with HH strategy Drive hospital performance against the business plan and KPIs Control costs and manage budgets efficiently Establish a culture of continuous quality improvement and maintain minimum Good CQC rating Build and maintain relationships with internal/external partners (consultants, CCGs, NHS Trusts, GPs, PMI providers) Engage with potential new consultants for practicing privileges and ensure fit with business needs and culture Ensure medical Practitioner assurance framework processes and annual consultant reviews Provide leadership of HH clinical support services delivering high quality, cost-effective services Ensure strong employee engagement and visible leadership across hospital staff Tasks Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Operational responsibility across multiple services Financial accountability for large budgets Experience delivering organizational change and transformation Experience working with Boards, Trustees and Executive Teams Experience in risk management and governance Degree-level qualification in healthcare management, business, leadership or related discipline Evidence of current NMC/HCPC registration or equivalent professional practice Evidence of continuous professional aaaaaaa Understanding of healthcare regulation, governance and quality standards Knowledge of financial management and budgeting Key requirements Salary 85,000 to 100,000 per year Permanent contract Full-time role Training and development opportunities Flexible and diverse workplace Employee wellbeing focus
