Experteer Overview In this role you will provide executive leadership for The McIndoe Centre, overseeing quality, safety, governance and clinical areas. You report to the Chief Executive and act as Registered Manager for CQC, driving performance across the hospital. You will steer financial and operational outcomes, elevate patient experience and clinical quality, and lead clinical support services in line with HH's strategic direction. This is a pivotal, cross-functional leadership role shaping care excellence and organizational transformation at a multi-site healthcare provider. Pay / Benefits
