Hospitality Operations Manager

Our leading client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures across all hotel departments, and overseeing hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager. Key Responsibilities: * The Operations Manager will ensure effective performance management and contribute to the strategic business plan * Maximise revenue opportunities * Prioritise the customer experience by analysing guest feedback and implementing action plans. * Collaborate with department heads to lead recruitment efforts and foster team development * Promote a culture of service excellence * Delegate General Manager responsibilities as needed and ensure smooth hotel operations Key Skills and Experience: * Proven experience and a successful track record of managing at HOD level * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team * Extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies * The Operations Manager will be highly commercially driven * Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a good team player * Experience managing a busy team to improve performance FS1 Recruitment is a UK-based recruitment agency providing solutions within the Sales, Marketing and Creative fields for permanent, freelance and contract positions.
