Hospitality Shift Leader — Guest Experience

Ottolenghi Edinburgh is recruiting a supervisory team leader for our first Scotland restaurant, opening autumn 2026. You will lead shifts, supervise front-of-house staff, and collaborate with Back of House on daily menus and allergen lists.

We are seeking confident communicators who can motivate a team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and maintain a clean, well-organised venue. Health and safety compliance and staff development are key focus areas.
