Host Contract £12.71 per hour
Contracted to 38 hours per week
Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As Host, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and well organised dining experience. This is a front facing role where your attention to detail and friendly approach will help ensure every mealtime feels enjoyable, relaxed and well managed.
You will oversee the day to day presentation and smooth running of dining areas, supporting residents and visitors while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service. From preparing the dining environment to serving refreshments and supporting mealtimes, your role will contribute directly to comfort, routine and overall wellbeing.
Working closely with the kitchen and care teams, you will help create a positive and inclusive environment where individuals feel valued and supported.
What We Are Looking For A friendly, approachable and professional manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and reliable approach
Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
