Hot Tub Operations Lead: Team Management & Guest Experience

Away Resorts is seeking a capable leader to manage the Hot Tubs team at one of our UK resorts. You will ensure hot tub operations run safely and efficiently, leading a team, planning rotas and training staff to meet water safety standards.

You'll also oversee COSHH and water quality, coordinate maintenance with internal and external contractors, and manage budgets with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Holidays include weekend/evening work.
