Hotel Deputy General Manager: Lead Operations & Team

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Deputy General Manager in the Cambridge area to lead daily hotel operations and shape the culture of the team. You will report to the General Manager, motivate staff, and drive exceptional service across all departments.

You will directly supervise department heads, oversee learning and succession development, and contribute to overall profitability and cost control within the property. A strong track record in hospitality leadership is essential.
