Hotel Manager - Lead Team, Outstanding Guest Experience

Travelodge Mansfield is seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This Full Time and Part Time role focuses on building personal development plans, recruiting and inducting staff, and maintaining brand standards across service, food and cleaning operations.

You will drive cross-functional performance, manage rotas, banking, health & safety, and use customer feedback to continuously improve service.
