Hotel Manager: Lead Teams to Exceptional Guest Experience

Travelodge Mansfield is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate hotel teams, driving an exceptional guest experience. The role is offered on a Full Time or Part Time basis, with responsibilities including recruitment, inductions, and ensuring brand standards in food service where applicable.

You will develop personal development plans, manage rotas and health & safety, and strive to hit KPI targets while promoting a welcoming, high-performing environment for both staff and guests.
