This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef with hotel, events, or large-scale catering experience to join a well-established hospitality environment. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining exceptional food quality, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and team supervision.
- Assist with menu preparation, food production, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage stock control, food costs, portion control, and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
- Support kitchen training and team development.
- Maintain excellent standards across all food service operations.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a hotel, events, or large-scale catering environment.
