As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll play a key part in helping our residents feel happy, comfortable, and proud of the place they call home.

No two days are quite the same, but your role will include:
Creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces throughout the village and care home
Maintaining residents' rooms, apartments, and communal areas to a high standard
Looking after laundry, including residents' clothing, bedding, and communal linen
Caring for furnishings, carpets, windows, and other home comforts that make a difference
Operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Working closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional service for residents
Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
Following infection control, health and safety, and COSHH procedures
Most importantly, you'll bring kindness, care, and attention to detail in everything you do.
What We're Looking For
You may already have experience in housekeeping, hospitality, domestic cleaning, hotels, care homes, or customer service, but equally important is your attitude.
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys helping others and making people smile
Takes pride in maintaining high standards
Has a positive and friendly approach
Works well as part of a team
Has good attention to detail
Is reliable, organised, and caring
Understands the importance of creating a safe, comfortable environment
If you're passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
