Recognised as the UKs Best Supported Housing Landlord at the 2024 Affordable Housing Awards, we are proud our 99.8% compliance with the Decent Homes Standard across our 502 properties, ensuring all tenants have safe, warm and well-maintained homes The Housing Assistant, Supported Living will take responsibility for the property maintenance aspects of our housing management function as well as having an input into a variety of low-level tenancy management issues. You will be working with the Housing Officer, Supported Living and will have a joint responsibility for ensuring all housing management duties and responsibilities across the Supported Living Services at met. You will also work in partnership with the support teams in the Supported Living Services and visit tenants in their homes across East and West Sussex. We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities or in roles such as Housing Officer, Supported Housing Assistant, Accommodation Assistant, Tenant Support Officer, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant, Teaching Assistant, people with transferable skills looking for a positive change. However, this is not essential and full training will be provided.
