Themis Recruit is looking for a HousingDisrepair Solicitor, legal aid experience is beneficial. 1-3 yearsPQE. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Housing Disrepair Solicitor to represent tenants in cases involving disrepair and poor living conditions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of housing law, experience in handling disrepair claims, and a commitment to seeking justice for tenants. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring that clients receive the compensation and repairs they are entitled to under the law.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor, with at 1- 3 years PQE
  
• To prepare files for hearings and trials
  
• To instruct advocates/counsel to attendhearings. Skills Required:
  
• A qualified Solicitor or Barrister with aworking knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rules or a qualified solicitorwith experience of running a volume caseload with the desire to re-trainin a new field.
  
• Confident and dynamic, with a desire tosucceed.
  
• IT literate.
  
• Case Management Systems (Proclaim is used)
