Housing Officer

We're excited to be recruiting for a new Housing Officer role to join our existing team of Housing, ASB and Scheme officers. Based from our Exeter Office 2 days a week, with extensive travel across the area.You'll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.

We will be offering £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.The Role:As a Housing Officer, you'll be the visible and proactive within your community. Working directly with residents, colleagues, and partners to deliver customer-focused services.You'll play a key role in tenancy, lease, and neighbourhood management, ensuring that our services are safe, compliant, and responsive.What you'll be doing:
