By joining their team, you will play a vital role in helping achieve this vision.Role and Responsibilities: As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals facing homelessness, helping them access safe and stable housing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to understand clients' housing needs and develop personalised support plans.
• Deliver a person centred support working across the community.
• Assisting clients in finding suitable accommodation, completing housing applications, and navigating the rental market.
• Building positive relationships with landlords and housing providers to secure housing options for clients. 
• Offering practical guidance and support in budgeting, tenancy management, and accessing housing-related benefits.
• Collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure holistic support for clients.
