HR Admin & Onboarding Specialist

Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support onboarding, employee records and day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. You will work closely with managers, coordinate recruitment activity, manage lifecycle administration, and assist with wider People & Culture initiatives with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
