HR Administrator: Onboarding & Data Integrity (Hybrid)

Isio, a progressive advisory firm, is seeking an HR Administrator for Belfast to support the HR Central advisory team across the full employee life cycle. You will be the first point of contact for queries, maintain HR systems, and manage Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes including offer letters and contracts.

Role requires strong planning, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration. Experience with NI Fair Monitoring, HRIS (Sage People advantageous), and GDPR is valued.
