HR Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a client of mine based in Manchester. This is a brand-new role well suited to a proactive and confident HR professional. You'll work closely with the People team to deliver a professional HR service to the business, supporting them through a period of transformation. Below is an overview of the role in more detail: Supporting Managers with the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the business is successful in attracting the talent needed to succeed as a business Ensuring an effective onboarding process for new starters Advising Managers on all areas of people policies and processes Guiding Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fairness and compliance with legislation Supporting with the delivery of the overall L and D strategy Maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system, producing reports for the business Liaising with external benefit providers Supporting with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives Contributing to HR projects This is a busy and varied role ideal for someone already working at the Advisor level having gained some exposure within a professional services environment. You'll be a key member of the HR team, working closely with senior colleagues and managers while helping to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation.
