HR Advisor – Employee Relations Specialist

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support Scotland operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle complex people matters, work with managers to provide practical HR support, and manage your own caseload with confidentiality and discretion.

In this hands-on role, you will lead end-to-end employee relations, sickness absence management, maternity and flexible working processes, and coordinate with HR Partners and Shared Services to ensure compliant, audit-ready records.
