What you’ll be doing as HR Advisor: The position has been redesigned to allow you to focus primarily on Employee Relations and case management, while administration and systems are managed elsewhere within the team. Key responsibilities include: Managing sickness absence, capability and disciplinary casework. Advising and coaching managers on employee relations issues. Supporting complex wellbeing and workplace adjustment cases. Contributing to HR projects, policies and continuous improvement initiatives. Helping drive a positive, high-performing culture across the organisation. This is not a traditional corporate HR role. You’ll support managers and employees who may have complex health conditions, neurodiversity or wellbeing needs.
