HR Advisor: Impactful People Partner (Hybrid)

Robertson Facilities Management is seeking an HR Advisor to provide a proactive HR service across Scottish business units. The role involves advising on policies, handling employee relations, and supporting the People Strategy with a focus on compliance and quality service delivery.

You will liaise with leaders, manage TUPE considerations, and contribute to workforce planning. A PVG/Disclosure check is required before starting, with hybrid working and travel across Scotland.
