necessary for this role.
Provide first-line advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment matters. Support and manage employee relations including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working and performance management. You will be managing two HR databases, ensuring accurate input for onboarding and offboarding. Coordinate recruitment activity, interviews and offers, as required. Dealing with contracts of employments, offer letters, resignations and other people-related documentation. Lead on the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly employee payroll, ensuring statutory reporting requirements are met Lead on payroll processes including tax, NI and statutory elements using the Company payroll system, ensuring RTI, FPS, EPS and Pension auto-enrolment are completed and complied with. To assist with the completion of HR reports when necessary. Update attendance records, highlighting any potential areas of concern and reporting. Accurately dealing with a wide range of fixed pay rates and commission and bonus payments. Provide accurate payroll administration from new starters through to managing leavers, administering pay and benefits, updating records for changes, and ensuring leavers are processed appropriately. Issuing P11Ds, P60s and P45s as necessary. Pension scheme management and ongoing pension administration including auto enrolment. Liaising with the Financial Controller where necessary for monthly payment of salaries, commissions and bonuses where applicable. Additional Information for the HR Advisor:
