£36,000-£38,000 | Full Time | Permanent | Spalding, Lincolnshire MorePeople is partnering with a well established fresh produce business in Spalding to recruit an HR Advisor. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, ideally within food manufacturing or fresh produce, and will be confident working both independently and as part of a team while providing proactive, expert HR support across the business. Responsibilities include: Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisors Providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development and exit Managing employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence Reporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performance Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts Working closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategies What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or Fresh Produce background CIPD Level 3 qualified or degree equivalent Confident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills Proactive and practical with a collaborative approach Strong organisational and time management skills Experience using HR systems (e.g. HRIS platforms) Interested in learning more?
