Are you an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner with a track record of partnering at senior leadership level to drive organisational performance, workforce planning and complex people initiatives? We are recruiting for an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity to support senior stakeholders, lead strategic change programmes and provide expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational development and complex employee relations matters within a unionised environment.
Salary: £58,266
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)
Location: Wolverhampton (2-3 days per week onsite)
Description
This is a highly visible HR Business Partner position, working closely with senior stakeholders to support organisational objectives through effective people strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and guidance
Leading on workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
Managing complex employee relations cases within a unionised environment
Supporting and leading formal consultation processes
Influencing stakeholders to drive positive people outcomes
Using workforce data and insights to support decision-making
Contributing to the delivery of HR and organisational objectives
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Significant experience operating as an HR Business Partner
Preferred sector experience: NHS, Higher Education or Regulated environments
Strong knowledge of employee relations and consultation processes
Proven experience of workforce planning and organisational change
Experience working within a unionised environment
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
