Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives. Collaborate with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Support and manage any TUPEs Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth.Profile Proven track record operating at Business Partner level within a contracting environment Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage employee relations cases effectively. Skills in data analysis and using HR systems or tools.
