HR Business Partner - ER & People Solutions (Hybrid)

MCS Group is partnering with an organisation in Newry to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations while supporting managers with practical, commercially focused HR service.

The ideal candidate will have strong ER experience, NI employment law knowledge and CIPD qualifications. Hybrid working and a competitive base salary up to £55k are on offer.
